Reverse Osmosis(RO)
Reverse Osmosis System (RO) is a type of water purifier that uses high pressure to force water to flow through the membrane. Membrane which has a very thin and small pore scattered throughout the surface. It is an important part of the solution of contaminants, including various disease that are larger than could not through the membrane because the size of a pore is about 0.0001 microns (for a human hair size is 100 microns and virus is 0.02 microns). Which is different from general filtering
Ultrafiltration(UF)
The Ultrafiltration (UF) is a type of water purifier that uses pore on the surface of fiber in membrane to separate sediment out of water. The size of pore can filter up to 0.01 microns that mean Ultrafiltration (UF) can filter Bacteria, viruses, suspensions. Therefore, Ultrafiltration (UF) filtering is currently popular in various industries and used in the process of preparing water for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, which helps extend the life of the membrane and used for recycling waste water (Recycle Water).
Pre-treatment
Pretreatment water system is a water preparation before release water by the removal of large solids to prevent clogging of sewage pipes and damage to pumps including reducing the color and odor that is contaminated with water
RO for Household
RO water purifier, also known as 5-stage filter
– Step 1 PP Sediment Filter 5 micron 10 ” Fiber filter PP (Polypropylene) filter small suspended sediment mixed with water.
– Step 2 Block Carbon ( CTO ) serves to remove color, odor, organic matter, pesticide and chlorine. Also can remove heavy metals such as Lead and Copper.
– Step 3 Resin serves to remove dissolved limestone with water and making the water taste better
– Step 4: RO Membrane filters with a pore up to 0.0001 microns can filter bacteria, viruses, even salt in the water. Thus making the water clean and pure
– Step 5 Post Carbon Capsule helps filter the odor, color and chlorine that may be left. The water condition has suitable for drinking.
